11th day: VIVA LA RESOLUSION!
When Cuba meets the US: this week an American President visited socialist Cuba for the first time since 88 years. Today on my daily journey through Berlin I discovered Mickey Mouse and Che Guevara, as if they had arranged to meet in order to replay this weeks’ political process. The two sat together peacefully on
two stones, but without interacting or looking at each. Many years in different political systems separate them. It will probably still take a long time until they really get closer and understand each other.

9th day: THE PEACE DOVE
I have been thinking all day about whether I’m going to find a picture that matches with the current incidents in Brussels and can express my horror at the same time. How can we explain to our children what is happening in the world right now? Secretly I was looking for a big question mark, because that would have best expressed my helplessness. At the East Side Gallery I found this dove of peace instead. I would like to send it into the world with a wish for peace: for everybody and everywhere!
8th. Day: THE MOST WONDERFUL SMILE
Today I would have preferred to stay at home, because of the terrible weather. Most of the time it was raining and spring felt very far away. Then I bumped into this beauty with the most wonderful smile one can imagine and I couldn’t do anything else than responding it.

7. Day: IS IT THE QUEEN?
At least it seems so! But the outfit is very unusual. Maybe she escaped one day from her everyday etiquette – that must me very exhausting – to feel free for a moment. I like this beautiful and door embellishing Queen Elisabeth in a lila turtle neck and high heels.
What do you think?
